Scope of Works

Located in Jolimont the facility provides a new head office for Netball WA, elite training and practice facilities for West Coast Fever, and a number of opportunities for grass roots integration of netball clubs within the state.

The electrical services work comprised the supply, installation, testing, commissioning, maintenance and defects liability service of the following:
 

• Liaison with Telstra to provide headworks and incoming services
• LV switchboards
• Utility power consumption metering
• LV mains and submains cabling
• Cable trays and other cable support systems
• Earthing systems
• Transient protection equipment
• General power distribution
• Power to mechanical services switchboards
• Power to hydraulic equipment
• Power to lifts and escalators
• Private power consumption metering system
• Provision of conduit access to enable installation of services by others
• Lighting
• Intelligent lighting control system
• Emergency lighting
• Voice & Data communications infrastructure
• Master antennae television system (MATV)

• Disabled toilets ‘Assistance Required’ systems
