Scope of Works

DCSwa Pty Ltd was involved in the Gosnells Civic Centre Redevelopment Project. The project consisted of a new multi storey 4,500m² building dedicated to the administration offices, meeting rooms, function rooms, committee rooms, kitchen, and council chamber for the Civic Centre.  Additional alterations and renovations were also carried out on the existing buildings and civic facilities. The City of Gosnells has achieved a 5 Star Green Star rating for the retrofit of its Civic Centre, representing Australian Excellence in sustainable design.

As a part of the contract works, DCSwa was involved in the installation of the lighting, intelligent lighting control, power, communications, fire detection, security, public address and audio/visual systems for the building.
